Documents Required for Organisations

Depending on the type of business firm, following list of documents must be submitted along with DSC Application.

• Sole-Proprietorship

• Partnership Firms / LLP

9. Authorization letter in the name of Capricorn Certifying Authority to issue DSC
10. For LLP - Certificate of Incorporation


• Corporate Entities

6. Board / Authority Resolution
7. Organization ID Proof of Signatory (Authorising Person)

10. Second Authorized Signatory PAN Card
11. Second Authorized Signatory Aadhaar Card
12. Authorization letter in the name of Capricorn Certifying Authority to issue DSC

Applicant must submit authorization letter from organization

• Authorization letter should have photograph of the applicant and ID Proof of Signatory
• Letter should be countersigned by at least one authorized signatory for every other entity apart from Proprietorship
• DSC will be issued to Proprietor (in case of Proprietorship) and to Authorized Signatories for any other entities
• DSC Authorization letter should have a Board of Resolution in case of corporate
• Use official letter head with company seal

• To include organization's GSTIN on invoice, applicant needs to provide GST details of organization
