Paperless DSC - Steps to Buy

Paperless DSC is the new and simple process in India; Individual Applicants download DSC without submitting any paper documents.

Once the online DSC application is submitted and payment done, following are subsequent steps:

  • Step 1: Download Aadhaar eKYC XML File (skip this step if applicant already has XML)
  • Step 2: Create eKYC Account Online (skip this step if applicant already enrolled for eKYC online)
  • Step 3: Complete Online DSC Application - Set Download Password
  • Step 4: Verify and eSign (Use the User Name & PIN that’s been set during eKYC account creation)
  • Step 5: Record Video of applicant
  • Step 6: Download DSC Certificate (after eMudhra approval in minutes)

Who can use this method to buy Paperless DSC?

Only Individual Applicants may use the Paperless DSC method. Organizations cannot use Paperless DSC.

Mobile Number must be same as registered with Aadhaar?

Yes - Applicant must have access to mobile number registered with Aadhaar.
