Cancellation & Refund Policy

Saishankar Infocom LLP believes in providing best customer care to DSC customers as much as possible. Under this refund policy:


During Processing - Schedule of Refund

You will be eligible for Full refund only before any order is created on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal. Also, request for refund must be submitted within service validity period.

Once applicant creates an order on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal : No refund


Refund Mode & Duration

Refunds are provided back to customer via online mode (PayU). From the time refund request is received, the amount is refunded within 7 to 10 working days. Exact duration depends on bank holidays and their schedule in processing refund.


Validity Period of Service

Applicants are eligible to utilize service to apply for Digital Signature from Saishankar Infocom LLP within 4 months after the date of payment. Within the service validity period, applicants are encouraged to provide required documentation to begin processing of their Digital Signature application.
