Cancellation & Refund Policy


During Processing - Schedule of Refund

Digital Signature Purchase - For Paperless Method (Applicable for both class 2 & class 3):
  • Before Order creation on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal - 75% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Upon order creation on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal - No Refund
  • Also, request for refund must be submitted within service validity period.

Digital Signature Purchase - For Traditional / Paper based Method (Applicable for class 2 , class 3, IET etc):
  • Before Order creation on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal - 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Upon order creation on Capricorn Portal or eMudhra Portal (Only prior to Partner approval) - 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Request due to in-sufficient documentation (Only prior to Partner approval) - 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • After Partner Approval - No Refund
  • Also, request for refund must be submitted within service validity period.

For Bulk Purchase of ePass2003 Tokens (less than 300 tokens):
  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund
  • Cancel after 24 hours of purchase (before shipping): 95% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Cancel after 24 hours of purchase (After shipping): No Refund

For Bulk Purchase of ePass2003 Tokens (more than 300 tokens):
  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund
  • Cancel after 24 hours of purchase (before shipping): 98% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Cancel after 24 hours of purchase (After shipping): No Refund

Refund Mode & Duration

DSC Purchase : Refunds are provided back to customer via online mode (PayU). From the time refund request is received, the amount is refunded within 7 to 10 working days. Exact duration depends on bank holidays and their schedule in processing refund.

Bulk Token Purchase : Refunds are provided back to customer via NEFT Bank Transfer.


Validity Period of Service

DSC Purchase: Applicants are eligible to utilize service to apply for Digital Signature from Saishankar Infocom LLP within 4 months after the date of payment. Within the service validity period, applicants are encouraged to provide required documentation to begin processing of their Digital Signature application.
